I guess you didn't go to the caves under Buda. That's probably a bit of a niche interest but they are interesting in part because they are formed due to the hot waters rising rather than the usual dripping of cold rain and river water downwards.
We did get to the underground hospital built in the cave system. I will add a bit to make that clearer.
